We just presented this in the /etc room at BarCampNYC. The general idea is
to "turn the web into a wiki" by caching a feed of scripts from trusted
friends that change the web for the better. For example, Richard M.
Stallman might produce a script that replaces "Linux" with "GNU/Linux"
whenever he views a page with that term.
The people who are doing this are those
two idiots sitting on the couch in
the lobby: Mike Goelzer and Brandon Stafford. We can be contacted at
first.last@gmail.com, if you perform some clever substitutions.
For more information, your best bet right now is Brandon's blog
entry from Friday night. There's also an
earlier post that discusses the same idea.
